ADAPTATION, INTEGRATION AND SUSTAINABILITY OF INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS AT AĞRI İBRAHIM ÇEÇEN UNIVERSITY

چکیده
The article covers the procedure and findings of a project investigating issues adaptation, integration sustainability over 300 international students at Ağri İbrahim Çeçen University, 2020-2021. Relying on triangulation approach to research paradigms symbolic interactionism ethnomethodology, acts as precursor creation universal standardized program aimed integrating into academic system all Turkish universities. reveal that besides financial security foreign language knowledge, salient include family situation, working conditions, health security, access equipment learning materials, digital literacy. International become easy targets for grey labour market untransparent advertisement schemes. Some can be addressed with limited resources procedural adjustments, others require fundamental rethinking way higher education is structured in view student global attractiveness.
